1. Purpose

Natural Companion is an educational acupressure app published by Eric Duchaine. By using it, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the app

The app is an educational and complementary tool, intended for non-injury pain. It does not replace a medical diagnosis or treatment. In case of injury, fever, numbness, loss of strength or pain that is getting worse, consult a healthcare professional.

3. Access and payment

The recent-pain route is free. Full access is paid, at the price shown on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Payhip. 

4. Practitioner directory and appointments

Listed practitioners are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, their credentials, their insurance and compliance with the rules of their jurisdiction. Natural Companion connects people and is not a party to consultations. There is no verification other than what is stated by the therapist in the directory.

5. Intellectual property

The app’s text, videos, illustrations and databases are protected. They are for personal use or professional use within your practice, with no copying or resale.

6. Liability

You remain responsible for how you use the information and any devices (electro-acupuncture pen or others), following the applicable precautions.

7. Changes

These terms may change. The update date shows the version in force.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
